What to expect
Newly furnished single-family 1 level cottage with private off-road parking for 4 cars and available garage for car or your outdoor equipment. Large/flat backyard with Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, a fire pit, Weber gas grill, a solar shower, and a regulation corn hole, and a bocce set.
A short three to four-minute walk down the private lane and you arrive at a (deeded) shared lake access that includes a lawn, beach, and dock to access the water, there is a public boat launch a 5 min drive away.
The cottage has an oversized great room with vaulted ceilings (with large fans) that combines the kitchen, dining, and sitting area for family time, dark bamboo flooring which carries into both bedrooms, and large area rugs for a cozy feel.
An open eat-in kitchen with island and granite countertops includes seating for three. Stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, chef knives, and glasses for every libation you can think of.
